As the wall cavity is partitionable parts of it can be designated for evaporative cooling. Water is simply sprayed against the top of the hot exterior wall for it to run down and permeate into the semi porous concrete. As the air cools through evaporating the water it sinks to the bottom where it can exit through vents or openings.
A flat post tensioned concrete roof offers multiple ways for cooling. One is to simply spray the top with a continuous stream of water to maintain a constant cooling evaporative action. A separate gray water septic tank should be installed during construction so relatively clean water can be pumped to the roof so additional usage and expense is not incurred. The powerful UV rays of the sun would easily provide any necessary disinfecting.
