One wants to maintain 2,000 pound pallets so 20 @ 4' x 4' will equal about 20 tons, 40,000 pounds capacity of flatbed trailer

Pallets can either be banded or shrink wrapped depending on preference of greenness and weather. With panels weighing 14.7 pounds per square foot, 2,000 / 14.7 = 136 sq feet of panel per pallet
