40,000 pounds of concrete = 40,000 / 14.7 = 2,700 sq ft of panel, 350 days x 2,700 per day = 945,000 sq ft of panel, 3.2 sq ft units per 1 sq ft floorplan = 29,500 sq ft of housing, 2400 sq ft per house = 120 homes,  450,000 per home = $55,000,000  Estimate 40 days, six people per house = 40 x $40/hr x   8 hrs/day = $77,000 labor per house,940,000 total units per 120 homes = 7,875  sq ft unit per house @ 10 bucks, $79,000 of units

Sales value = $10 / sf, = $27,000 per load, 350 day per year production = $9,450,000, 

17 workers, $35/hour including FICA and other fees, 17 x 8 hours x $35 / hour =  $4,760 wages

Concrete @ $200 / yard, 10 yards = $2,000, 

Rebar cutting, 50 twenty foot bars, 600 cuts, 

Space 25’ x 12; 300 sf, one cut per 7 seconds, 600 x 7 = 4200 seconds = 700 minutes, = 12 hours, two people, two cutters

900 molds, start with 2700 sf panel, building tentatively 8100 sq ft
